My curiosity for humankind gives me the drive and opportunity to capture and visually research neglected groups within society. By using photography as a medium I give others and myself a glimpse of those groups, for example witches, soldiers and Frisians. By doing this I can better understand my surroundings and hopefully others can too. Projects often come from personal connection or interest.
